  Value systems represent individual values and prioritizes them based on how important the particular value is to the individual and how intense their feelings are about that particular value. The way individuals set up their values in order of importance is relatively stable over time and sets the foundation for many work outcomes such as. Grounded theory creates meaning through the process of collecting data, analyzing the data, and modeling a theory based on the analysis (Ghezeljeh & Emami, ). This design permits the exploration of qualities that characterize informal leadership based on the experiences and perceptions of employees and managers of small businesses.

Global Leadership is the interdisciplinary study of the key elements that future leaders in all realms of the personal experience should acquire to effectively familiarize themselves with the psychological, physiological, geographical, geopolitical, anthropological and sociological effects of leadership occurs when an individual or individuals navigate collaborative. Defined as shared values and beliefs that are in direct opposition to the values of the broader organizational culture (Kerr, et. al., ), countercultures are often shaped around a charismatic leader. For example, within a largely bureaucratic organization, an enclave of innovativeness and risk taking may emerge within a single department.

Control theory deals with the control of dynamical systems in engineered processes and machines. The objective is to develop a control model for controlling such systems using a control action in an optimum manner without delay or overshoot and ensuring control stability.. To do this, a controller with the requisite corrective behavior is required. This controller monitors the controlled. For the past decade, we’ve been conducting research, writing, and working with companies on the topic of organizational health. Our work indicates that the health of an organization is based on the ability to align around a clear vision, strategy, and culture; to execute with excellence; and to renew the organization’s focus over time by responding to market trends.
